A ground anchor is a method that stabilizes a structure near the ground surface by connecting it with a high-strength tensile material to an anchor created in the ground using grouting.
A short anchor with large bearing power even in soft ground
Temporary anchor type:
Temporary anchor is used when the anchor need to be removed for the next construction to be executed after the anchoring works (i.e. drilling works, shield excavation) to avoid the tendon to tangled up during drilling.
Permanent anchor type:
Permanent anchor is used when the anchor is necessary for long term or do not require to be removed because it will not interfere with other construction works.
Anchor that does not disturb the existing building’s boundary line
