Excavation technology: 3D boring

What is 3D boring?

3D boring

3D boring is a bore hole technique which can avoid the obstacles in the underground while curving and drilling horizontally with its directional boring technology.

Advantage of 3D boring

  • It can bore hole from afar, it does not need to interfere with the existing buildings
  • It can drill horizontally to the target point by avoiding the obstacles in the underground such as pipes and piles
  • The drilling length has 200m length maximum per pipe, the total drilling length we have experienced is about 55,000m.

Feature

  • It can bend multiple times underground, making it easy to adjust its position.
  • Its position can be determined using a gyroscope.
  • It is capable of drilling soil up to N>30.
