Mega Solar Power Plant Construction Work

Due to the long hours of sunlight and the abundance of idle land, Kyushu has been actively advancing the construction of mega-solar power plants ahead of rest of the prefecture. We began examining foundation installation methods at an early stage, reviewing and improving our existing technologies. We developed the cast-in-percussion method, which allows for the installation of solar panel foundations at low cost, even on sloped land with boulders.

In the fiscal year 2014, we installed three solar power plants in the mountainous areas of Oita and Saga.
