A seven-story reinforced concrete residential building located near a river experienced differential settlement due to liquefaction caused by the earthquake in 2011.

As countermeasure against the building's differential settlement and lateral flow, supporting piles was constructed with our jet grouting method, JETCRETE, under the building foundation.
