Seismic Reinforcement for
Existing Embankment at Edo River in Tokyo

Jet grouting was used to reinforce the foundation of the embankment as a precautionary measure against the huge earthquake. The equipment, cement slurry, and spoils were transported using a boat specialised for construction site.
